What is the maximum storage limit for files within ClaimWizard?

There is no (reasonable) limit on file storage. You can have unlimited open claims, unlimited settled/closed claims, unlimited files in a claim, and unlimited contacts / vendors / clients. Some file types are not able to be hosted in ClaimWizard, such as Matterport scenes, but you can link that file to a claim using the Matterport tab in the Claim record.

Can custom file numbers be set within ClaimWizard?

We don’t assign random numbers to claims. By default claim numbers are: - 4 digit year - 2 digit month - 4 digit sequence that starts over at the beginning of every month The file number is based on the date that the claim is physically entered into ClaimWizard. We do not use the carrier claim number as the public adjuster claim number because we have seen duplicates across carriers. You can still search for carrier claim number and retrieve the information you want. It is up to yo...

Can I add custom claim phases to my ClaimWizard dashboard?

We currently have over 50 Claim Phases configured in ClaimWizard. Only phases in use within your claims will show up on your dashboard, 'empty' phases do not appear.
