Proof of Loss Deadlines and Notifications
To keep track of Proof of Loss response deadlines between you and the insurance carrier, you will need to record the date you send the S/POL to the carrier and when you received a response.
To clear the POL due date/timer, you would record the date the carrier responded.
In the Demands & Offers record, the field named "DATE RESPONSE REC'D" ends the tracking process. That's the date that the carrier responded to the submitted SPOL.
