Nicknames for properties are used in ClaimWizard for an easy way to differentiate properties within a client or even across your entire claim projects. It also gives you something to "click on" in order to open the property. Some companies use this field to use nicknames for properties such as:

• Pyramid Building
• vacation home
• 123 Main Street (the street address of the property,)
• Condo #20A
• etc.
