Objective
To efficiently make bulk changes to phases in claims within Claim Wizard.
Key Steps

Access the Open claims dashboard workbench within Claim Wizard.

Select the claims you want to change phases for by using the new column on the left-hand side.

Choose the claims in the desired phase (e.g., negotiation).

Utilize the dropdown box above the column to select the option to change phase.

Select the new phase for the claims (e.g., invoicing).

Confirm the phase change by clicking on the "change" button.

Verify that all selected claims have been successfully moved to the new phase.
