Objective
The objective of this SOP is to guide users on how to indicate claim severity in Claim Wizard to prioritize and manage claims effectively.
Key Steps

Access the Open Claims dashboard workbench in Claim Wizard.

Click on the options menu and choose the columns to display.

Turn on the "severity" column to view claim severity indicators.

Drag the severity column to the desired position or toggle it on and off based on preference.

Use the visual indicators in the severity column to assess the criticality of each claim.

Hover over a claim number, press the alt key, and click to jump directly to the claim details where the severity is displayed.
