To effectively track and manage claims in ClaimWizard when working on behalf of another entity, such as an attorney or a third-party company.
Key Steps

Accessing Open Claims

Navigate to the Open Claims section in Claim izard.

If the "On Behalf Of" column is not visible, go to Options > Columns in the workbench, toggle it on, and save.

Adjust the column position by dragging it if needed.

Adding On Behalf Of Information

Access the client record for the policy holder associated with the claim.

Ensure that the client record reflects the policy holder's information.

In the "On Behalf Of" field, enter the name of the entity you are representing (e.g., attorney's firm, a o b company).

Save the changes to update the record.

Viewing and Managing Claims

Use the search bar in the Workbench to easily locate claims associated with the entity you are representing.

Utilize sorting options to organize and filter claims as needed.

Export or print the filtered list for further reference.

Always ensure that the client record in ClaimWizard represents the policy holder, not the entity you are representing.

The "On Behalf Of" field is a free-form text field and should accurately reflect the entity's name.
Tips for Efficiency

Use the Alt key to quickly jump to client records from claim details.
