To effectively close a claim in the system.

Key Steps

1. Locate the claim by going to Open Claims.

2. Find the desired claim and select the file number.

3. Click on the green pencil icon to enter the claim.

4. Go to the Menu and select Close Claim.

5. Choose from the options: Settled, Cancelled, or Close Without Pay.

6. Hit Save to close the claim.

7. Note the green banner that displays the closing date and settlement date.
