How do I view all / my claims on the Mobile App?

If you need to switch between viewing ALL CLAIMS and only MY CLAIMS on the Mobile App, you simply need to click on the funnel icon in the upper right corner to adjust your filters.

Step 1

  • Open the ClaimWizard mobile application and log in.
  • Click on the Claims icon in the upper-left corner of the screen to access your assigned claims.

Step 2

  • Here you will see a listing of all claims assigned to you.
  • If you would like to filter your view to see All Claims (only available if you have security access) or filter on other attributes, click the Funnel icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 3

Choose the filter options you would like to apply:

  • Sort by:
  • Show hidden only:
  • View: My Claims / All Claims
  • Hide Phases: Turn off viewing of claims in specific Phases

Step 4

  • Be sure to click the APPLY button at the bottom of the screen to activate filters.

Step 5

  • When you are returned to the Claims View Screen you will now be viewing claims with your filter applied.
