Inserting Action Items to an Existing Workflow

If you need to 'pick up where you left off' in a workflow, or have made changes to your Action Item Workflow template, you can add a specific AI to a claim and continue your process from that point forward.

While in a claim, open the Action Items tab

From there, you can select the ADD DEFAULT ITEMS (blue link text)

Choose either:

  1. Add all starting action items from this workflow
  2. Add a specific action item from this workflow

Option 1 will insert ALL Action Items from the existing Workflow template (located in Admin / Action Items.)

Option 2 will insert just one Action Items from the existing Workflow template (located in Admin / Action Items.)ClaimWizard - Insert Action Item to Existing Workflow 01
