If you need to update a document template you have previously uploaded to ClaimWizard, you can simply download the template and make the changes.
You can download the original document template from the Admin section of ClaimWizard.
- Go to the Admin icon in ClaimWizard (lower/left of your screen)
- Choose Document Templates tab
- From the document template list, select the document you would like to download
- Click the Download button.
You can then edit the document template locally on your computer and make any changes you need.
To re-upload the edited document, just follow steps 1 & 2, but then click the Square Icon to replace the current template (drag and drop works as well.)
